Returns & Exchanges

Standard return policy

At Indigo Love, we ask that you consider your purchase very carefully. Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase date with receipt. We offer exchange or store credit only. We do not accept returns for refund. Your order will only be refunded if product(s) are deemed "faulty". Please complete the form below or email enquiries@indigolove.com.au regarding faulty products.

If you decide to return goods for exchange or credit, it is up to you to return in new condition, complete with tags and in original packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return. Once we have received and inspected goods, we will contact you to organise an exchange or credit. See the returns form below.

Return shipping costs, customs charges, government taxes and duties for domestic orders are not covered. If you are returning goods, we recommend purchasing a tracked service.

We do not accept returns for sale items. We do not offer exchanges, credit or refunds for sale items.
